[TCB jeans "70's BUSHPANTS"]

Denim
The fabric used here is made of about 13oz San Joaquin cotton.
San Joaquin cotton is produced in the south of the Central Valley, a vast farmland that spreads in the middle of California.
This farmland was created using meltwater from the surrounding mountains, and the cotton is grown using groundwater that originates from this meltwater.
The pure blue color, unevenness, and fuzziness of the 1960s and 1970s are characteristic, and unlike the XX fabrics up until the 1950s, the dyeing is shallower, and you can feel the background of jeans changing from work clothes to fashion just by looking at the fabric.
The classic 60's straight jeans are made from raw fabric, but this Bush is made from a shrink-proof fabric, so although the thread itself is the same, the degree of fading in the future will be significantly different.

Silhouette
A slightly narrow straight cut unique to 70's Bush pants.
A clean silhouette with a slight taper towards the hem.

Details
This is based on Levi's Bush pants from around 1970 owned by TCB.
The original orange tab, wide belt loops, 9/32 inch (7.14 mm) rolled seam width based on the vintage, chain stitching on the back pocket opening with a Union Special double chain stitch machine, and double needle stitching and needle skipping on the back pocket are all very elaborate specifications that can only be achieved by a sewing company.
The distinctive belt loops are also made with an original trumpet and a 25/32 inch wide loop created using a 1/16 inch gauge sewing machine.
Although the vintage does not use a can stopper on the loop, we used a can stopper for strength and generally used a coarse stitch with 36 needles.
The double stitching in the loop is also made with a modified sewing machine and is as narrow as the vintage.
The zipper is a Gripper Zipper.
The front and back have flaps to prevent the pockets from getting caught when walking through the bush, and for the same reason, the silhouette is slim and straight.

※Notes※
- Metal fittings such as buttons, rivets, zippers, and buckles may injure the body or other objects, so please handle with care.
- Because denim is woven on old-fashioned power looms, there may be unevenness, small scratches, or balls in the fabric. However, these are not defective products but genuine products, so please understand that we cannot accept exchanges or returns.
- Jeans may have creases. These may be creases from storage at our store, or from storage by the manufacturer, but in any case, creases from folding are not defective products but genuine products, so please understand that we cannot accept exchanges or returns.
- Denim may transfer color, so please be careful when washing and what you wear with it.
